Our experienced Event Coordinator, Emma, will review your details and contact you shortly to discuss your needs further and provide recommendations on how we can make your event a success. Private Events
At Artistree, we offer a wide range of birthday party packages that cater to different interests and budgets. Our packages include various activities and entertainment options designed to keep children engaged and entertained throughout the party. Here are some of the packages we offer:
1. The Basics: This is our simplest option for birthday parties. This option is perfect if you only need a beautiful outdoor venue, and you'll handle the rest. You can hire outside vendors (puppeteers, magicians, teaching artists, etc; these are to be independently contracted by you, the client). This option is completely unfacilitated by Artistree staff.
2. The Basics PLUS: This option includes rental of the Outdoor Pavilion, as well as use of the indoor Children's Art Room and Movement Space. This option is perfect for a winter birthday party, and provides an indoor warm-up/meeting space. We will also provide a set of simple coloring activitiesThis option is also unfacilitated, but a staff member will be on call for any questions that might arise. You can hire outside vendors (puppeteers, magicians, teaching artists, etc; these are to be independently contracted by you, the client).
3. Party in a Box!: This package includes the rental of the Children's Art Room and Movement Space. It also includes a specially curated box filled with themed art supplies, instructions, and materials. Once you reach out to Emma, our Events Coordinator, she can work with you to select a topic that your child will love! Each box should contain enough materials for 2-3 activities for 12 children (additional children incur a nominal fee). A staff member will also be available to answer questions and help get the box set up.
4. Artist-Led Custom Art Party: This is our top-tier birthday party option. It includes the cost of an art room rental, as well as the cost of all art supplies/materials and an experienced art educator who can lead your children through a custom-curated activity.
*Please Note: Artistree will not provide an art educator/staff member to facilitate activities, EXCEPT for the Artist-Led Custom Art Party. It is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian to provide oversight, lead/organize activities, set-up, and clean-up. If you need an Artistree staff member to facilitate an activity, please let us know and we will add that option for a fee.
**We may be able to provide you with contact information for local artists and vendors who sometimes come to birthday parties at Artistree to lead an activity. We cannot guarantee their availability, but this is a great add-on option for your party! These vendors are considered independent contractors, and as such, are not paid/associated with Artistree. The client is solely responsible for booking these teachers and vendors, as well as any communication outside of the initial introduction. Artistree does not dictate the pricing of outside vendors.
