Are your spaces ADA accessible?
Our facility is fully equipped to ensure accessibility for individuals with varying needs. We take pride in being handicapped accessible, providing features and accommodations that allow everyone to navigate and enjoy our space comfortably. If you require a wheelchair for the show, please call Artistree to make arrangements. If you have specific requirements or need assistance during your visit, please feel free to reach out to our staff. We are committed to making your experience inclusive and welcoming for all.
Can I take photos or videos of the performances?
The use of cameras, cell phones, laptops and other electronic recording devices are not permitted inside the Grange Theatre during a performance.
What time should I arrive for a performance?
Entry will be allowed into our venues at the discretion of Artistree staff. The house usually opens 20 minutes before the start of each event. Please do not arrive earlier than this time.
Late seating is not guaranteed and varies per performance, so please leave ample time for parking and arrival.
Is there reserved seating?
Seating in the Grange Theatre is reserved unless otherwise noted. All other spaces at Artistree are general admission. Walk-in patrons are accommodated on a first-come-first-served basis.
Are my tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. Once purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Please consider your plans carefully before completing your purchase. Date and time changes may be permitted, subject to availability and applicable fees. For any inquiries or assistance, please contact our customer support.
What if a show is rescheduled or canceled?
If a show is rescheduled due to weather or other unforeseen reasons, the new date will immediately be announced on our website and you will be notified by email. Your ticket for the original show will be honored at the rescheduled date.
If a show is canceled and no make up date is announced, the ticket will be refunded, less processing fees.
While we make efforts to communicate changes as clearly and quickly as possible, all programs and artists are subject to change without notice.
Can I exchange my tickets for another show?
Tickets may be exchanged for another event at the Grange Theatre. There will be a $5 exchange fee added to tickets. All exchanges must be done 48 hours prior to curtain for your original ticket. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Code of Conduct
By attending an event at Artistree’s Grange Theatre, you are agreeing to adhere to our Code of Conduct. Unwillingness to comply with any of these policies may result in removal from the event.
Artistree’s Code of Conduct
Artistree Community Arts Center strives to create a safe and respectful environment in which performers, students, staff and attendees can engage with the arts in a meaningful manner. The following Code of Conduct intends to demonstrate the role that each community member can play to help foster a friendly, inclusive and inspiring space for all participants.
Respect for Others:
Please be respectful of fellow patrons, performers, and staff members. Refrain from disruptive behavior, including excessive talking, or the use of electronic devices during the performance.
Arrival and Seating:
Arrive on time to avoid disruptions to the performance. Follow the guidance of ushers for seating and wait for appropriate moments to enter or exit the theatre.
Cell Phones and other Electronic Devices:
Silence or turn off all electronic devices, including phones and smartwatches, before the performance. Failure to do so can result in the stopping of a performance to address the noise.
Recording Devices:
Copyright laws prohibit the recording of most live performances. Please refrain from taking photos or recording videos without explicit permission.
Quiet Enjoyment:
Keep conversations to a minimum during the performance to allow everyone to enjoy the show without distraction.
Food and Beverages:
Consume food and beverages only in designated areas. Refrain from bringing outside food or drinks into the theatre.
Safety and Emergency Procedures:
Familiarize yourself with the venue's emergency procedures and exits. Follow instructions from theater staff in case of an emergency. In the case of a medical emergency, please leave your seat and report the situation to an available Artistree staff member immediately.
Fragrance-Free Environment:
We have an intimate performance space. In consideration of patrons with sensitivities, please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or colognes.
Children and Infants:
Consider the age appropriateness of the performance before bringing young children. If a child becomes disruptive, please promptly exit the theatre to minimize disturbance to others.
Ticket Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable, and exchanges may be subject to fees. Only purchase tickets from authorized sellers to avoid counterfeit tickets.
