Paula Cloudpainter
Paula's mother taught her to paint as a young child, and she went on to study painting, photography, and design at the Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia. Her works range from large, bold canvases, to her intimate and layered Cloud images (as seen below). She works in "whatever it takes" - watercolor, gouache, oils, graphite, and ink, as well as digital applications. She will often start on location and then add translucent layers of depth and meaning back in the studio.
