Ever dreamed of being part of a revolutionary (and slightly satirical) Broadway hit? Now’s your chance! We’re building a Community Vocal Ensemble for our upcoming production of Urinetown the Musical—a powerhouse chorus of voices that will add rich harmonies and theatrical flair from backstage (with the possible chance to step onstage for one dance number, too!).
Requirements (aka “The Law”):
- Must be 18+ (sorry, Little Sally).
- Must be available for Monday & Thursday rehearsals at 6pm, beginning September 8th. [Rehearsal Schedule: September 8th, 11th, 15th, 18th, 22nd, & 25th]
- Additionally, must attend rehearsal on September 27th (bonus points if you can also make it on September 24th—but it’s not required).
- Must be available for all dress rehearsals and performances beginning September 30th. [Performance Schedule: September 30th, October 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th (2x), 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th (2x), & 12th]
- Note: We can accommodate up to 2 conflicts during rehearsals, and up to 1 conflict during performances!
This is an exciting opportunity for singers in our community to lend their voices to one of the funniest, most clever musicals of our time—helping bring the world of Urinetown to life in full harmony.
