Virtual Class: Artful Meditation – Exploring the Mind, Body & Heart
Replenish your inner well in this nourishing and inspiring artful meditation series specifically oriented toward addressing the stresses we face in this challenging global pandemic period. Throughout each week you will explore the intuitive and mindful connections between contemplative practice (sitting meditation) and creative practice (drawing, painting, writing, etc.).
Participants will need to bring to class a notebook and/or drawing paper, pencils, and any other drawing materials you choose. No prior meditation or art experience is required.
Artful Meditation is presented as part of Jacqueline’s 2019-2021 Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training program. The program is overseen by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield and is certified through both the Awareness Training Institute and the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California at Berkeley.
This class will be live-streamed. We will send you details about how to access your class before the class meeting. Technology requirements for participants:

- Electronic device (laptop recommended) with working camera, microphone, and speakers
