The Grange Theatre Updated Safety Protocols
UPDATED SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR THE GRANGE THEATRE
(As of September 22, 2021)
As we return to indoor programming and COVID is still a rising concern, Artistree is committed to keeping our patrons, staff, volunteers and artists safe and healthy.
Effective October 1, 2021: All performances and events at Artistree's Grange Theatre require all audience members, volunteers, staff and artists to show proof of full vaccination – 14 days past their final vaccination shot. Children under 12 years of age are exempt from this policy. Proof of vaccination can be in the form of your physical vaccine card or a photo/scan of your card. No refunds or credits will be given for anyone who can not provide proof of vaccination upon arriving at the theatre.
All audience members will be required to wear a face covering during the entire show without exception. Patrons who are not compliant with our safety protocols will be asked to leave. Masks will be provided to any guests that request them.
No food or beverages will be able allowed in the theatre. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at our outdoor concession stand prior to the show and during intermission. All purchased food and beverages must be consumed before re-entering the theatre.
Our general policy is “no refunds/no exchanges” unless the show is cancelled or rescheduled. We recognize that circumstances are continually changing you may be interested in seeking a refund. In the event that you would like to seek a refund for a future performance, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to assist you.
