Learn the basics of hand paper making as we explore and experiment with different botanical ingredients. Paper making is a great medium for beginners and experienced artists--it is unlike any other medium!
We will learn a basic history of paper-making, the fundamental materials and tools, and then dive into forming our own sheets of paper. Using beautiful flowers and other botanical items, students will leave with their own leaves of paper and ideas for further development! Paper can become a framed work of art, stationary for personal use or a unique gift!
Be prepared to get wet and messy and to learn an exciting renewable technique!
