Guided Imagery for Deep Relaxation
Are you looking for a mindful and imaginative way to reduce stress and connect more deeply to yourself during your busy week? In this class, you will be led through a relaxing guided imagery practice each week drawing on your own inner visualizations. Guided imagery takes advantage of the connection between the visual brain and the involuntary nervous system which, when activated, can influence our physical and emotional states to bring about healing and greater inner peace. ?No class February 19, March 5 or April 16.
