Four Weeks of Desserts!
Chef/Comedian Vicki Ferentinos teaches a fun-filled, hands-on dessert series! Each week we will meet for three hours, make and taste our creations! Classes are themed beginning with pate choux, eclairs, cream puffs and their fillings. We will also create French macarons, mousses, custards, tarts, beignets and cannolis! This class is great for anyone interested in expanding their baking skills and repertoire of recipes. Please wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind working in and plan to have a delightful delicious time!
Chef/ comedian Vicki Ferentinos has worked professionally in kitchens for two decades, mainly in NYC and the past few in Woodstock Vermont. She has had the privilege to cook for many notables and was also the winner of Bravo TV’s Rocco’s Dinner party. She has been seen on the Food Network, Comedy Central and her column “From the Mixing Bowl” can be found in The Vermont Standard. Vicki’s philosophy is simple: the more joy you have, the better the food tastes, and the more fun you and your guests have.
