Dumplings Party! Sweet, Savory, Steamed, Boiled, Fried!
Ever wanted to host a dumpling party? You’ll be able to do just that after you see how easy it is! Come with an appetite to be inspired, have fun, and create yummilisciousness! We will explore making treats like pork and shrimp “sui mai” dumplings, chocolate wontons, and crab rangoon. A small supply list is available upon registration. Early registration is encouraged as space is limited. Ask to be placed on the waiting list if we are sold out!
Inspired by her many years of travels, Chef Teresa Tan’s passion is to blend exotic ingredients with everyday fare. This led her to pursue a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu and open up Mangowood Restaurant at the Lincoln Inn in Woodstock. Her cuisine is uncomplicated yet distinctive.
