COVID-19 Response

March 17, 2020

Latest Update for ArtisTree Community Arts Center:

Dear friends of ArtisTree,

As you know, Governor Scott has ordered schools in the state to close and the Woodstock Central Supervisory Union has announced its closure of the area schools as of March 17th until at least April 6th. To create the safest environment possible, we will also close until further notice. All classes, workshops, events and exhibits will be cancelled until April 6th. We will stay in touch as we adapt our procedures in light of the changing situation.

As the situation is changing day to day, please visit our website and facebook page for the most up to date information on cancellations and facility hours. We will reevaluate with regards to programs scheduled for April.

The current list of events being postponed or canceled includes:

Love, Loss & What I Wore [March 19th – 22nd] - POSTPONED
Opening Reception for MUD (Season) [March 27th] - POSTPONED
Sprout Out: The stories & art of Eric Carle [March 28th] - CANCELED
Celebrating Women in Music [March 28th] - POSTPONED
Concert with Matthew Odell [March 29th] - POSTPONED

We hope to reschedule most of these events at a future date. If you have already purchased a ticket online to one of these events, we will contact you soon to issue a refund.

ArtisTree's focus is to ensure we meet our community’s needs while doing our part to keep our visitors, students, patrons, and employees safe.

In the meantime, be healthy and well. We look forward to seeing you all soon.
