Charlet Davenport is a long-time artist, mentor, educator, and patron of the arts.
Charlet is a treasured part of the Artistree Community. She works in various media, including painting, printmaking, and ceramics. Her recent studio work during the winter months has been focussed on ceramic forms called "From Mud and Light", some of which are exhibited here. She also creates site-specific installations throughout New England, and is the director of the annual outdoor sculpture exhibit, SculptureFest, in Woodstock, VT.
Charlet is a tireless promoter of the arts. She has served on the board of the Vermont Arts Council, is active in several other arts organizations, and is a mentor to countless other artists.
