Beginner Tai Chi

Join us for a low-impact exercise that cultivates health, longevity, inner strength, mental stillness, and discipline for a more harmonious lifestyle.

Yang style Tai Chi is an internal martial art that practices a graceful form of 108 movements to improve health and longevity. With millions of practitioners, Yang style Tai Chi is the most popular form in the world. Tai Chi improves the flow of internal energy, creates muscular strength, promotes flexibility, relieves pain, and facilitates circulation of the body’s fluids. Tai Chi can be compared with a giant, endlessly flowing river that has a tranquil surface and a current of immense power floating beneath. Join us for a low-impact, slow motion exercise that cultivates inner strength, creates stillness in the mind, and develops discipline for a more harmonious lifestyle. Drop-ins welcome.  No class February 17 or April 13
