Acrobatic Arts: Rising Stars
Join us as we start from the very beginning to explore the art of acro dance. Acro dance is the beautiful fusion of the artistry of dance and the athleticism of acrobatics. Our engaging acrobatic arts curriculum is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions in acro dance: flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering, and tumbling. No prerequisite skills required.
Students who ride the bus to ArtisTree after school will have a supervised snack time with ArtisTree upon arrival. This will also be their time to get ready for class. Kaitlyn will collect students from ArtisTree staff at 3:45 to begin class.
There will be no class October 7 or November 11.
Girls: please wear a leotard, or leotard with dancer shorts. Boys: please wear shorts and a tank top or t-shirt that will allow for going upside down. Everyone: long hair must be tied back and bare feet are best! Please bring a water bottle into class with you.
